I made it through the first week with my Jawbone fitness tracker (UP24). Just as I suspected, I'm not perfectly disciplined for healthy eating or activity. That is alright though, I have been having fun making little tweaks to may habits. Plus, I'm in a team with my sweetheart, so we have fun commenting on each other's activities and competing for stats.
Here is what my first weekly report looks like:
So, not great… but not bad. I certainly have some room for improvement. We shall see how this next week goes. Either way, it's pretty cool to be able to track these stats. It really helps to be able to see how I can effect the numbers.
